Shailene Woodley has nabbed the third lead role in HBO miniseries “Big Little Lies,” opposite Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon. Kidman made the announcement during a speech at the HT Leadership Summit yesterday. The adaptation of the Liane Moriarty follows three mothers, with Woodley taking on the role of Jane, the youngest mother who’s new to town and so young that the other mothers mistake her for a nanny. Nat Wolff to Star in Indie Thriller ‘Rosy’

Nat Wolff has found something darker to follow up his back to back turns in John Green adaptations “The Fault in Our Stars” and “Paper Towns.” Deadline reports Wolff will play the lead role in indie thriller “Rosy,” which will be directed by Jessica Manafort. John Boyega’s Finn takes center stage in a new 30 second spot previewing “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” The new footage shows off Finn’s journey from storm trooper to hero, which include stops at partnering up with Harrison Ford’s Han Solo, escaping certain danger alongside Daisy Ridley’s Rey and of course, wielding a lightsaber – one that looks suspiciously like the one Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) used in the original trilogy. “Percy Jackson” star Alexandra Daddario will play the female lead role in the big screen version of “Baywatch,” according to Deadline. Daddario will play the role of Summer, which was originated by Nicole Eggert on the 1990s TV series of the same name.
