Emily Browning and Colin Morgan donned wedding attire as they filmed scenes for Brian Helgeland‘s gangster thriller “Legend” last Friday in London, England.
Based on John Pearson’s “The Profession Of Violence”, “Legend” tells the true story of Ronnie and Reggie Kray (both played by Tom Hardy), twin brothers who created a name for themselves in London’s East End back in the ’50s and ’60s for leading a gang of mobsters known as The Firm. The two were eventually imprisoned in 1969 after being found guilty in the murder of fellow gangsters George Cornell and Jack “The Hat” McVitie. Ronald died in 1995, followed by Reggie in 2000.
Browning plays Reggie’s first wife Frances Shea, while Morgan is presumably playing Frankie, Frances’ brother and Reggie’s future brother-in-law. In addition to Browning and Morgan, the film’s cast also includes fellow up-and-coming actors Taron Egerton and Aneurin Barnard — the latter of whom is set to play photographer David Bailey, a role he previously played in “We’ll Take Manhattan.”
As pictured below, Browning, Morgan and Hary were photographed filming scenes for Reggie and Frances’ wedding. You can check out the full set of photos over at JustJared.
