Juno Temple, Joe Anderson and Kelli Garner are in talks to join Daniel Radcliffe and Max Minghella in supernatural thriller “Horns”, according to Variety.
Under the direction of Alex Aja, Radcliffe will play Ignatius Perrish in this adaptation of the Joe Hill bestseller, a man who, on the anniversary of the murder of his beloved girlfriend, grows horns and supernatural powers, the ability to drive people βto confess their sins and give in to their most selfish and unspeakable impulses.β Minghella plays a district attorney with a hidden dark side, and Temple is lining up the role of the dead girlfriend. No word on who Anderson and Garner will play, but filming begins this fall, so more details should emerge soon.
Temple recently wrapped up shooting on thriller “Magic Magic” and will next be seen opposite Amanda Seyfried in “Lovelace”, and is currently filming Disney’s Sleeping Beauty redo “Maleficent” opposite Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning. Anderson and Garner had always been promising rising stars on film (“Across the Universe” for him, “Lars and the Real Girl” for her), but both took a detour to TV last season, Anderson with “The River” and Garner with “Pan Am”, both ABC shows that will not see a second season.
