The first set photos from Darren Aronofsky’s biblical epic “Noah” have surfaced, and “Evan Almighty” this is definitely not. Collider has the first photos and Logan Lerman, playing Noah’s eldest son Ham, is pictured dirtied and bloodied up, while Madison Davenport looks equally grimy as Ham’s wife.

Russell Crowe stars as the titular bearded figure who’s tasked by God to build an ark and fill it with two of every animal at the onset of an apocalyptic flood. Douglas Booth also stars as Noah’s other son Shem, while Emma Watson will play Ila, his love interest. Jennifer Connelly plays Noah’s wife, while Anthony Hopkins plays the villain. The currently filming sandals and swords actioner is currently filming and set for a March 28th, 2014 release.
