Breaking Dawn | November 18, 2011

Director: Bill Condon
Writer: Melissa Rosenberg
Cast: Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Lee Pace, Maggie Grace

What it’s about: Bella and Edward, plus those they love, must deal with the chain of consequences brought on by a marriage, honeymoon, and the tumultuous birth of a child… which brings an unforeseen and shocking development for Jacob Black.

Why we’re excited: Ok, the writing and acting and half-vampire miracle baby plot line will probably be god awful. But after following Edward and Bella’s journey for three prior films, we’re excited to see how Bill Condon, who is taking the reins of this final installment, will extend this story over two films, and how he will bring his Oscar-winning directing style to the saga. And call it morbid curiosity but we feel oddly compelled to see that infamous birth scene play out on screen.
